Trip To God's Own Country

Finally i experienced the houseboat in Allepey. It was just a different experience all together. Will write about this trip which was made to Allepey and Munnar last weekend soon...

Ending up a relationship is never easy!

Its so difficult to break a relationship when it was once upon a time a dream. I always dreamt of joining this organisation but few days back i ended this up. I would not say i did not enjoy my stay in last 2 years and 7 months...but sometimes in life you have to move on. Organisation is not just name; its the set of people. The time i joined, i was truly in love with it. It gave me learning, recognition and experience. It showed me a true corporate culture. But i just learnt one thing from it, people in the organisation are responsible for everything...they make or break.

While serving my last few days (notice period) i realised that how numb i was with the decision i had made. It did not bring any happiness or did not fill any sadness in me. I kept wondering "why"? I had best of my times and at the same time had seen worst. Best was again because of people and worst was again because of people. Only difference was in the set of people. Thankfully i was able to survive with the worst lot for 1.5 yrs.

I am not able to still convince myself if i made the right decision. I have started comparing my self in the new place. every moment i keep thinking how wud it be there at this moment? What if i wudnot have left it..."what if" still haunts.

After lot of efforts, I am trying to be out of the mode, something or other still takes me back in the memories i cherish...but i have to move on and thats life.

New Testament

Currently reading "New Testaments". Wanted to read the same for quite some time but never got an opportunity. After i joined my Bangalore Office, I was given a seat of the person i replaced. Few days back i was looking for something and saw this small book. Then onwards, every morning i started reading the same and the time i get to read this is while going to office in Auto. So finally utilising my time doing something worth while.

Back to my fav city

I have come back to the city i loved most...this was my first love..though i miss noida a lot..but somehow bangalore is for me a home...dont know y it pulls me so much...good that i am back..i never knew that one can love a city for no specific reason...

Traffic has become bad..but still whatever the case may be..i will keep loving it...:) I am still wid my same organisation and got a transfer to bangalore office. Its so different out here...same thing what i had faced in my second company but this is for gud...i am liking it here...was thinking of movng ahead but i dont know why i dont feel like making a shift..i will but need to settle myself first.

Right now very busy at personal front...taking time to settle house and gain expertise in culinary skills...before i serve others i would like to be perfect...its tough to balance both professional and personal life together when u do not have a support mechanism on household activities front. Yet to find a maid who can help me out wid some work...

Simpu Singh

Offlate i have started living wid my hubby and BIL (brother-in-law) and its fun...fun as in, u have ppl to talk to even at 12 mid night...I keep telling my bIL that we will lock u before leaving the house everytime, coz u r so funny that Zee TV and circus people will just catch hold of u for their fun shows. He is actually very funny and does all weird sorts of things...

He showed us his simpu singh...uff whole day he imitates this simpu Singh....and makes us laugh...his fav dialogue being "yeh na, khaattte he nahin hain"..

Songs that touch..

Finally i am almost done with the collection of few songs that can be accommodated in one CD. All these are songs i love to hear again & again & again...i dont think i like playing with my taste on music..its been 9 yrs that i am listening to couple of songs and they are as fresh to me as they were on day 1.

I am planning to burn a CD soon and put them there..will start a second CD soon. All these songs remind me of either my graduation/post graduation days. There are couple of songs which i love for their lyrics..they arent very popular but are just awesone and yes..my all time fav. song is there. This song is my caller tune for last 3 years and now its so much linked to me that my friends whenever they get to hear this song, they relate to me :)

Coming Soon: Fabia

Skoda is launching its new car Fabia. I just happened to see the 360 view of this car...

Exteriors & design looks like a combination of Palio, Getz & Swift. Interiors are better and i just loved its headlight. The car is available in 6 different colors: White, Black, Red, blue, Silver and Grey.

I feel the car makers should now stop touching the base model of Santro & Indica and should come up with better designs.

Fabia sounds more like a garment/flower name. I googled and found the meaning as: Bean Grower . Its an Italian name.
